Having been a Realtor for fifteen years and obtaining a Brokers license in 1994, Larry first went to work for a major national Real Estate company for three years as an Associate Broker. He earned the Rookie of the Year and numerous production awards. Then he went to work for a year with a local independent group. After that, he founded HLS, Inc. in 1998.
